2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program
The 2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program for Early Research Career is open to interested applicants from all over the world who are interested in a postgraduate degree program in earth systems, energy transition, societal challenges of environmental issues, climate change and sustainability, and human, animal and ecosystem. 60 awards of the 2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program will be given out to applicants with outstanding academic performance who will have the opportunity of doing their research program in France. The scholarship is sponsored by the French government which includes the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and French Ministry for Higher Education and Research.

2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program Qualification
The following requirements must be met by the applicants in order to be eligible for the 2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program:
- Foreign researcher with less than 5 years doctoral degree.
- All countries excluding France.
- During the fellowship program in France, applicants must be committed fully.
- Foreign researcher must have outstanding research knowledge and academic performance.
- The fellowship program rules and regulations must be obeyed.
- Foreign researcher who has not stayed in France not more than 90 days.
2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program Benefits
- 2500 euros monthly allowance.
- 500 euros moving allowance.
- Before the French Social Security Scheme receives registration from the MOPGA fellowship program, the repatriation assistance and civil liability are covered by the Health Insurance plan.
- Before the Social Security registration process becomes effective, the repatriation assistance and civil liability are covered by the Complementary Health Insurance.
2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program Application process
In order to be eligible for the 2025 MOPGA Visiting Fellowship Program, applicants must provide and submit all the necessary documents to complete the online application also application will not be processed if they are incomplete.
Required Documents:
- Maximum of 4 pages on publication list in English and CV
- PhD certificate or diploma.
- Maximum of 2 pages on research supervisor CV in any French Universities.
- French Universities letter of support.
- Maximum of 3 recommendation letters.
- Passport or ID proof.
